KEYSTONE HIGHWAYS
MEADVILLE  -  JCT US 6, US 19, US 322 & PA 102
PA 102 begins on the western outskirts of Meadville, just east of the I-79 interchange.  PennDOT is located at this intersection.  In 2001, Allegheny College and PennDOT created a creative an unique sign garden to enhance the gateway to Meadville.  There have been two phases to this project, which can be viewed at the links below.
In the late 1990's new PA 102 shields were placed at this intersection, however an older one still rests behind a gas station at the corner.
PA 102 south does not have an END sign.  There are no directional markers for any of the US routes, just the JCT sign assembly.
On the map, this intersection is covered by a US 19 symbol.
