SEVENS must be lucky in Meadville, as there are seven "TO PA 77" assemblies along the first mile of PA 27 East. PA 27 begins at the Reynolds Ave exit on French Creek Parkway (US 6 & 19). As shown by the signs below, PA 27 makes several turns throughout the city before heading eastward to Titusville.
