PA 408 is split at the PA 77 junction and runs for a very short while with PA 77 in the opposite direction.  (PA 77 East runs with PA 408 West and vice versa).  There are a couple good places to eat here.  The Country Table offers family dining and Dave's Place is a dairy isle.
Heading east on PA 408 will take you to Cambridge Springs and US 6 & US 19.  The pictures displayed here are in order  beginning with the sign below.
PA 408 East joins PA 77 West for a few hundred yards before splitting and heading towards Titusville.
