KEYSTONE HIGHWAYS PA 77 TRUCK PA 77 Truck?  No, there is not a signed route for PA 77 TRUCK.  However, trucks over 21,000 lbs are not permitted the last mile of PA 77 westbound in Meadville.  Instead, they are routed on PA 198 West, beginning in Blooming Valley seven miles east of Meadville.   Trucks follow PA 198 West to Saegertown and then US 19 South (also US 6 West) to Meadville, as marked in red on the map below.
