Just west of the I-79 interchange, PA 19 splits to the south and PA 98 begins to the north.  US 6 & 322 West continue together until Conneaut Lake.  The mileage for Cleveland is listed as 85 miles, although it is not determined if it is for US 6 or US 322.  US 322 is a few miles shorter from this point.
US 19 approaches Meadville on a two lane highway until it reaches US 6 & 322.  At that point it joins with US 6 & 322 East to multiplex to Meadville.  An interesting note:  US 19 is part of the only two multiplexes in Pennsylvania that involve three US routes.  The other is a brief joining on I-279 with  US 22 & US 30 in Pittsburgh.
Traffic is heavy on US 6 & 322 as shown in the above photo.  This intersection is in the commercial part of Vernon township, serving the greater Meadville area.
There is no END sign for PA 98 South.  In fact, the directional markers for all three US routes seem a bit erratic as shown in the picture to the right and the two below.  There is no indication or signage for US 322 East, but there is one for US 19 North.  Not that either should be omitted, but it would seem logical to show US 322 East before US 19 North at this point.
And finally, a view of the first two signs on PA 98 North.  Lavery is not shown on all maps, but it is located at the junction of PA 98 and US 6N.
