In 2001, Allegheny College, in conjuction with PennDOT, created a "Signs & Flowers" Garden of recycled road signs to enhance the gateway to Meadville along US 6, 19, 322 and PA 102.  It is located a half mile east of Exit 147 on I-79 in northwestern Pennsylvania.  Images of the first three phases are available below.
